Medjugorje Commission still at work...

With all the activity preparing for the departure from office of Pope Benedict XVI and the upcoming conclave of cardinals to elect his successor, it is interesting to learn that the work of the Commission studying the Medjugorje phenomenon continues.

This was confirmed by the Archdiocese of Zagreb press office on Thursday evening when it announced that Cardinal Josip Bozanić travelled to Rome the same day to participate in the work of the International Commission at the offices of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

The report doesn’t reveal if Cardinal Bozanić will be working through the weekend with the Commission, but on Monday and Tuesday next week he is due to attend the two-day International Congress in Rome to mark the 1150th anniversary of Saints Cyril and Methodius.
